Where the Delta
feeds the world
Nine river branches carry alluvial silt across the Mekong Delta, turning two harvests a year (three in places) into more than half of Vietnam's rice output. Vanture sources from the growing zones of Soc Trang, An Giang and Long An, milled at HACCP-certified facilities within the Delta itself.
Four grains,one standard.
Four varieties, one protocol. Whether the lot is ST25 for a premium retail shelf or long-grain 5% for a tender, every kilogram is milled, sortexed and inspected to the same VNT-RCE-GM-001 standard: single-variety, purity-certified, packed at source.

The world’sbest rice.
An extra-long slender grain from the coastal paddies of Soc Trang, twice crowned at the World Rice Conference. ST25 cooks long, firm and tender, with a fragrance the grain carries from field to table. Every Vanture lot is single-variety, purity-certified and milled to the premium 5% standard.
A natural pandan-leaf fragrance that survives cooking: the signature of the ST line.
Everydayfragrance.
The fragrant workhorse of the Delta: a soft floral aroma, a tender, slightly clinging texture, and the price discipline that keeps it on retail shelves across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. New-crop lots ship within weeks of harvest for peak aroma.
Soft floral nose with a tender, gently clinging cooked grain, milder than ST25 and made for the daily table.

The tradebenchmark.
The grade the world trades on: Vietnamese long-grain white 5% broken, well milled, double polished and colour-sorted. Consistent water uptake, separate cooked grains and predictable yield at industrial scale, specified to the same basis-3/4 contract terms buyers tender against.
Clean, neutral cooking profile: separate grains, consistent hydration, dependable at volume.
Opaque white,fully sticky.
Opaque, milk-white kernels that steam fully sticky: the base of confectionery, festival cakes and brewing mash across East and Southeast Asia. Vanture lots hold ≥ 98% glutinous purity so the batch behaves identically from the first steamer to the last.
Chalk-white opacity in the raw grain; fully sticky and faintly sweet once steamed.

A standard of
uncompromising
precision
Paddy Intake & Drying
Field paddy arrives at 20–22% moisture and is dried to ≤ 14% on industrial column dryers within 24 hours of harvest. Never sun-dried on open ground.
Husking & Whitening
Rubber-roller dehusking followed by multi-pass abrasive whitening to a well-milled degree. Bran is fully removed; kernel temperature is controlled between passes.
Double Polishing
Two water-mist polish passes leave a silky, dust-free kernel surface: the finish premium buyers read as quality before the first grain is cooked.
Colour Sorting
100% sortex pass. Yellow, red-streaked and chalky kernels, paddy and foreign seeds are ejected optically, lot by lot, with no sampling shortcuts.
Grading & Sieving
Length grading and indent-cylinder separation bring brokens to the contracted grade (5% or 10%, basis 3/4), verified by sieve analysis on every lot.
Bagging, Fumigation & Inspection
25/50 kg PP or BOPP bags, in-container phosphine fumigation, SGS or Bureau Veritas pre-shipment inspection, and the exporter’s Vanture supplier score on record.
